You guys- I am always looking for an easy pasta sauce recipe to have on hand and one that I can find majority of the ingredients already in my house. Easy Tomato Soup

Sometimes you need to go back to the basics with tomato soup and a grilled cheese, or in this case, parmesan croutons! I posted this on Instagram and had a lot of people reaching out for the recipe. Tomatillo Slow-cooker Pork

For those of you who follow me, you have probably seen the post of one of my favorite dishes, tomatillo enchiladas. I decided to use the tomatillo sauce as a marinade for a pork tenderloin to cook in the slow cooker and then shred for some tacos (and bowls to cut the carbs!) A very flavorful and colorful dish! So my husband is eating low-carb and low-sugar right now. Yes, I should be trying to eat that way too, but it’s just not in the cards for me right now, haha.
