Hi everyone! I cannot believe this week is Easter- how crazy!!! I am always looking for a delicious, fresh, seasonal salad and this one is just the ticket! A very flavorful and colorful dish! So my husband is eating low-carb and low-sugar right now. Yes, I should be trying to eat that way too, but it’s just not in the cards for me right now, haha. Tasty Chicken Pesto

Hello everyone! I wanted to share with you all the easiest recipe if you are needing a quick and simple meal to make this week. It only requires 4 ingredients and was a fam favorite! Servings: 4-6 Prep time: 10-15 minutes Cook time: 20-24 minutes Ingredients: 1.5 lbs. chicken, cut into 1/2″ cubes4-5 Tbs. pesto2 Zucchini, sliced into 1/4-1/2″ slices1 container cherry tomatoes Instructions: Place the cut chicken into a large baggie with 2-2.5 Tbs pesto.
