You guys- I am always looking for an easy pasta sauce recipe to have on hand and one that I can find majority of the ingredients already in my house. Baked Potato Soup

Easy to make- satisfying and rich comfort food! I love me a delicious and rich bowl full of baked potato soup, and this recipe is SO easy! Tomatillo Slow-cooker Pork

For those of you who follow me, you have probably seen the post of one of my favorite dishes, tomatillo enchiladas. I decided to use the tomatillo sauce as a marinade for a pork tenderloin to cook in the slow cooker and then shred for some tacos (and bowls to cut the carbs!) Chocolate Chip Pizookie

Chocolate Chip Pizookie! My favorite dessert by far. Are you looking for an easy make-ahead dessert? I am obsessed with the pizza cookie, or ‘Pizookie.’ My obsession with these began in college at CU Boulder thanks to BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse. I found these cute mini cast iron skillets from World Market, but they carry them at Target and Bed Bath and Beyond also.
